Add a form to your sidebar with a widget

 

Create a Widget

Go to the Dashboard->Apprearance->Widget

You will arrive on the widget management page, which will list all the widgets.

From here, you can add WP Subscription widget in widget area.

Every widget belongs to form. You need to select Form from select option.

you’d simply configure different subscription form for each individual widget.
